As a mom of three boys, she sees firsthand how staying active and working in a team environment helps children build confidence, a strong foundation, and a spark for life. She studied Early Childhood Education at the University of Montana and has always been passionate about helping people of all ages while promoting an active lifestyle. Before joining Starz, Brittany worked as a certified personal trainer for eight years. She earned her CPT, CES, and PES certifications through NASM, allowing her to support clients with a wide range of goals and abilities. Brittany’s own love of movement began early—she was a competitive baton twirler from ages 3 to 17, earning a place on the USTA Baton Team where she had the opportunity to travel and compete abroad. In addition, she played a wide range of sports including volleyball, basketball, and soccer. As an adult, she has completed four full marathons and five half marathons, continuing to challenge herself and stay active. In 2024, Allie relocated back to the USA with her family after spending 15 years overseas in Australia. Allie’s career has spanned the medical, healthcare, and wellness industries. She has provided Business Development, Operations, Administrative, and Marketing services to Australian hospitals, private surgical and primary care practices, the aged care industry and more recently played a pivotal role in a Pilates startup company which now spans across multiple continents. Allie completed a degree in Biology and has also completed postgraduate studies in Health Care Management. Allie cares deeply about health and wellness and believes that a strong foundation and positive habits begin in the early years of childhood. Whilst in college, Allie ran cross country for a Division 1 college and then went on to work as a qualified personal trainer whilst completing her postgraduate studies. She has spent time teaching Sports and Dance with The Starz Program. Megan currently enjoys expanding the Starz curriculum—always seeking fresh, engaging ways for students to grow in confidence and skills. For Megan, the most rewarding part of Starz is witnessing the excitement on a student’s face when they master a new skill or step on stage for the first time. Based in Virginia Beach, Megan enjoys quality time with her husband and two-year old son.
